Leticia Martínez Prado works as a clinical practitioner & health, personal and career coach using third generation therapies (e.g. acceptance and commitment therapy, Mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy) and positive psychotherapy. Her specialties are: emotion regulation, self-compassion, anxiety management and mood problems, difficulties with food and self-image and personal and professional development. Leticia also teaches courses and provides training in Abnormal Psychology, Health Psychology, Personality and Wellbeing & New technologies at IE University and Syracuse University. She also works conducting research on third generation therapies, cognitive psychology, cognitive biases and wellbeing. Her research interests include new approaches in health and assessment (as network analysis), cognitive biases, dimensions of self-esteem and wellbeing and soft skills. She is also interested in putting experimental methodologies and new technologies (e.g. IAT, ESM, APPs) at the service of the study of cognition and the promotion of well-being.
